From frustration to approach
Five moments that shaped the way we think about real estate marketing today.
It started at the coast
An internship at a real estate developer along the Belgian coast. Investment real estate, ambitious projects, and a constant tug of war between sales and marketing teams that never quite found each other.
The gap I saw
Marketing generated leads, but sales did not follow up the way they should. Or the other way around: sales needed better leads. The collaboration was off, and nobody truly took ownership of the result.
Our own agency
We started a real estate marketing agency with full intention and drive. But internal processes and client systems were not in place. Budgets went up, results stayed flat.
The bigger question
How do we make real impact if we keep depending on systems that do not work with us? The answer was radical: stop riding existing structures, and build our own environment from the ground up.
