Your mission
As a Junior Sales Executive, you support and expand our client base. You help real estate developers and agencies boost their online visibility and generate qualified leads, guided by experienced mentors and a supportive team.
What you will be doing
Lead qualification and prospecting
- Follow up on incoming leads from our marketing campaigns.
- Identify and reach out to potential clients in the real estate sector.
- Research new business opportunities in Belgium and abroad.
Client relationship management
- Build trust-based relationships with new and existing clients.
- Schedule and attend introduction calls and demos.
- Support account managers in preparing proposals and presentations.
Sales process and reporting
- Assist in creating commercial offers and track deal progress in our CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation and sales strategies.
- Monitor campaign results and translate data into actionable insights.
Who you are
- Recent graduate in Sales, Business Management, Marketing or Real Estate.
- Eager to learn, communicative and proactive.
- Comfortable reaching out to people and building relationships.
- Motivated by targets and results-oriented.
- Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working.
- Experience with CRM tools, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is a plus.
- Fluent in Dutch and English. French or German is a plus.
