Junior Sales Executive

Your mission

As a Junior Sales Executive, you support and expand our client base. You help real estate developers and agencies boost their online visibility and generate qualified leads, guided by experienced mentors and a supportive team.

What you will be doing

Lead qualification and prospecting

  • Follow up on incoming leads from our marketing campaigns.
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients in the real estate sector.
  • Research new business opportunities in Belgium and abroad.

Client relationship management

  • Build trust-based relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Schedule and attend introduction calls and demos.
  • Support account managers in preparing proposals and presentations.

Sales process and reporting

  • Assist in creating commercial offers and track deal progress in our CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation and sales strategies.
  • Monitor campaign results and translate data into actionable insights.

Who you are

  • Recent graduate in Sales, Business Management, Marketing or Real Estate.
  • Eager to learn, communicative and proactive.
  • Comfortable reaching out to people and building relationships.
  • Motivated by targets and results-oriented.
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working.
  • Experience with CRM tools, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is a plus.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English. French or German is a plus.
