Your mission
As Sales Executive you identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts and ensure the successful execution of marketing projects. You are the go-to expert for clients and collaborate closely with marketing.
What you will be doing
Prospecting
- Uncover new business opportunities in the international real estate industry.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients and project developers.
Project management
- Devise tailored strategies for client projects and campaigns.
- Oversee projects from inception to delivery with clear client communication.
- Translate client expectations into winning lead generation campaigns.
- Monitor project progress and deliverables.
Account management
- Build long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Who you are
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in real estate or marketing.
- Strong relationship builder with a consultative approach.
- Comfortable owning targets and deal cycles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
