Your mission

As Sales Executive you identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts and ensure the successful execution of marketing projects. You are the go-to expert for clients and collaborate closely with marketing.

What you will be doing

Prospecting

  • Uncover new business opportunities in the international real estate industry.
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients and project developers.

Project management

  • Devise tailored strategies for client projects and campaigns.
  • Oversee projects from inception to delivery with clear client communication.
  • Translate client expectations into winning lead generation campaigns.
  • Monitor project progress and deliverables.

Account management

  • Build long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Who you are

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in real estate or marketing.
  • Strong relationship builder with a consultative approach.
  • Comfortable owning targets and deal cycles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
