Your mission

As Sales Manager you oversee the sales team, implement effective strategies and make sure targets are met. You build strong client relationships and lead the expansion of our market presence.

What you will be doing

Team leadership

  • Manage, mentor and motivate the sales team toward individual and collective goals.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance performance.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring accountability and success.

Sales strategy and execution

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and oversee client acquisition.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align sales and marketing efforts.

Client relationship management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Actively seek feedback to improve services and customer experience.

Reporting and analysis

  • Monitor sales performance and report regularly to senior management.
  • Use data insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

Who you are

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, ideally in real estate or digital marketing.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of hitting targets.
  • Natural leader, coach and motivator.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
